Return & Exchange Guidelines

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind purchases.

We’ll gladly cover shipping if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Return or Exchange
Email us at info@poshandprettyco.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

For damaged/incorrect items, please include photos so we can speed things up.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement right away.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? No problem—orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing and can’t be canceled, but you’re welcome to return it once delivered.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order isn’t perfect, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
